A student that will be absent from a private lesson must give a 24-hr notice to their teacher. Under this condition and if possible, the teacher will reschedule the lesson at another time, convenient to both. If the student fails to give a 24-hr notice, the lesson is lost out of fairness to the teacher whose schedule has been disrupted.

Because of the rescheduling difficulties entailed, a maximum of two absences (serious reasons only) will be permitted to each student during the current school year. All missed lessons must be rescheduled before the end of the current school year.

Missed group courses will not be refunded.

If the teacher is absent, the school reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute teacher who will ensure lesson continuity. If no substitute teacher is available, the lesson will be rescheduled within the current school year.

The student is responsible for arriving on time for his or her lesson. Missed lesson time caused by student tardiness will not be rescheduled.
