Private Lessons for Children

Every year, students receive 36 private instrument lessons (30, 45 or 60 minutes) from September to June. These lessons are supplemented by music theory and ear training courses, taken before or after the private lesson. The courses are given in small groups and are included in the instrument course fee. For children ages 3 to 6, the music theory classes are replaced by initiation to music classes.

30-minute lessons are reserved for very young students who are beginning their musical studies.

Private Lessons for Adults

The school extends a warm welcome to adult students who wish to study for pleasure or personal development. Teachers who have experience working with adults will be happy to set up a flexible program of study which reflects the student's interests. Unlike children, adults do not have music theory courses included with their private lessons. However, all required musical concepts are covered during the instrument lesson.
